HEALTH TASK THREE | EAT THREE MEALS A DAY
Health task three is a straightforward goal to eat three meals a day. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I have issues with my diet. On one hand, I skip meals depending on how much energy I have; I’m run by my emotions a lot. Then on the other hand, I end up binging on junk food, anything to give me a sugar rush for a while. This ends in the same outcome: a crash where I feel horrible after. The weighing scales end up showing the same results time after time, with repeated weight gain. I’d be right back where I started, slightly heavier than before, following the same failed routine.
There's also a further stage where I have done a twenty-four-hour fast to cut a larger amount of weight within a short time frame. People give it many names, such as a keto fast. You fast for set hours and then eat strict low-carb, high-fat foods. 16:8 Method: Fast for 16 hours each day and eat during an 8-hour window. Warrior style: Fast for 20 hours and eat all your daily food in a 4-hour window. Alternate-Day Fasting: Alternate between a normal day of eating and a day of complete fasting or very low calorie intake. It’s called short-term starvation, which modern people have anointed as a diet method.
Three meals a day is standard practice that I currently don’t follow, so it's ignored for the most part. The body burns energy that I don't have, so it's no wonder I’m tired a lot. Therefore, this part of the challenge will do me the world of good and help me take back control of my eating habits; life's about fighting against toxic habits to grow.
