JANUARY REVIEW
January has been a complete failure for improvement and productivity. I was off work on holiday pay, and had six days of spare time each week. For the first week it was good to have time off from the pressure of hospitality. However, without the structure of work I soon fell apart.
WITHOUT WORK IN JANUARY, I’M
Sleeping in late.
Moving far less than I should.
Have lost all structure through out the day.
Dwelling.
Doing the bare minimum.
Put weight on again.
Here are the objectives I’ve set to win February.
STOP being lazy.
Exercise six days a week.
Eat correctly.
Create structure and methods for daily needs.
Side hustle my way to success.
Track effort and outcome.
Rather than jump in head first I’m creating daily goals and tasks, to achieve these February aims. Through these small acts of daily goals I will become more driven and, want to achieve more in daily life. Productivity is created with daily effort and goals are achievedRather than diving in headfirst, I’m setting daily goals and tasks to achieve my February aims.
